Trixie is maybe Terry’s biggest fan, she’s often looking out the window looking for him. Terry’s been a lifesaver for us while we’ve been adjusting to having a baby and return to work, allowing us to feel secure that Trixie’s well taken care of. I’ve been able to be flexible in the days that he walks her which has really worked well for me and my working pattern. He’s also made sure I’m comfortable with any new staff before they walk Trixie. Most importantly Trixie loves him and we feel safe leaving her in Terry’s care!

All of my dogs wait for Terry to arrive and are always excited to him.
Terry is very patient with them, accommodates their needs and ours.
We couldn’t ask for anymore and Terry is always flexible and will fit us in at late notice.
It’s been reassuring to have Terry walking the dogs as Dudley has needs around humans that need to have an understanding of which Terry has.

Kylo comes to walk Molly weekly and she has started to recognise when he is coming and gets very excited, really lovely wee chap, puts my mind at ease knowing she is being well looked after

My 3.5 year old Sproodle Rufus has a weekly walk with Terry for an hour, which he really looks forward to!
Terry has worked well with Rufus, has improved his recall and Rufus now enjoys his walks with Jackson and Freya!

It makes me feel so at ease when I am at work, knowing I do not have to worry about how my dogs are. The communication from the team is wonderful, they will let me know of even the slightest change in my dogs’ health. The team are so understanding and flexible, they were so supportive when my dog was recovering from surgery. They love my dogs as if they were their own and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs.

They know my dogs and when they are not well- incredibly responsive and in my experience go above and beyond. Hope’s Happy Hounds looked after our 2 cats for a week. This was the first time we’d used a cat sitter, so we were understandably anxious. The older one tends to do a disappearing act every time we go away yet with our sitter, she was home every day for her dinner. The younger cat is incredibly timid and doesn’t really like people but took to our sitter straight away. Loved seeing the pictures when we were away and came home to 2 happy cats. Will definitely use Hope’s Happy Hounds services again in the future

After losing my previous dog walker, who moved location I was struggling to find a replacement and was starting to panic. Then I came across Hope’s Happy Hounds, what a godsend, I wish we had known about them earlier. Unlike many other walkers who put the dogs in a van and then in a field for an hour, which I think in hindsight my dog actually found quite stressful, Hope’s Happy Hounds actually walks with the dogs. My dog Bodie has changed so much since walking with them, he’s definitely increased in confidence and is much better with other dogs. Our walker is really good with him and he comes home tired and happy, you can’t really ask for more. I know I can trust them with him which I think is really important. Their communication is always excellent and they are flexible when I have short notice requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

We have been using Hope’s Happy Hounds for about a year now. They have been walking our dog Kanella every week day. Kanella is very excited to see the walker and you can tell they love dogs. I come back home every afternoon to a very happy and relaxed dog. They are very flexible and reliable and I trust them to stay in our house to look after Kanella. They always clean up after her and spends valuable time with Kanella despite the weather. They have never cancelled to us last minute and on the contrary they would take the extra step in trying to change their schedule to accommodate a last minute request from us which I do appreciate. I cannot recommend Hope’s Happy Hounds enough for everything they have done for us. After three previous unsuccessful dog walkers, I was starting to lose faith (especially as the last one we were really unhappy with), until we found Hope’s Happy Hounds. I knew from the moment our walker came to our home to meet our dog, Woody, and us that she was brilliant. She clearly had experience and a lot of knowledge on breeds of dog, training and understanding each dog’s needs. She has been walking Woody for three months now and it’s been great. Hope’s Happy Hounds are super easy to contact, talk to and is so flexible, which has been great for our schedule. Woody loves our walker and loves being walked with his little group of friends (proud dog-mum moment!) I seriously can’t recommend them enough, they are amazing and if you have a dog that needs walking, cat that needs feeding or any pets that need dropping in on – Hope’s Happy Hounds is your go to!

Hope’s Happy Hounds does a great job looking after our two cats when we go away. They are extremely reliable, and when making a booking they always get back quickly regarding availability. Hope’s Happy Hounds looked after our 11mth old puppy recently one evening when we went out. They came to visit Nala twice so they got to know each other. Felt very happy to leave my puppy with them and there were fireworks going off that evening also. I would highly recommend Hope’s Happy Hounds When I enquired for help with my senior Malamute, I had a response within an hour and I had arranged to meet the walker later that same afternoon. They understood my dogs needs and was able start immediately even changing his day to pop in more frequently. Sadly she deteriorated more quickly than we would have hoped and is no longer with us, but our walker made those last few days easier for her with his care and understanding. Thank you so much ☺️

Hope’s Happy Hounds has been brilliant, getting to know our anxious collie over the last few months. They was calm and caring and realised when Indi was barking for attention rather than being stressed. Our 2 shelties, loved the walker too, wanting attention and cuddles from her. I couldn’t imagine a more suitable candidate to leave ones pet with or to have them walked or looked after by. I’ve seen first hand just loving and caring you are towards animals. When you took Mable in she was so nervous and hid under the table all the time, so many years with one family to then have to move bless her, you soon picked up on her characteristics, her likes and dislikes, and with in a very short matter of time Mable was loving life again, I truly commend you for that! So on that basis I could not think of anyone I would rather have to look after my pet.
